We are Interviewing for The Following Positions:

!!  NEW  !!  CNC Machinist

Position Overview: Setup and Run Vertical CNC Milling machines using programs provided under minimal supervision, work with engineers and customers to identify creative manufacturing approaches to complex parts.

Responsibilities:

  • Select materials and tooling for CNC programs
  • Identify and recommend purchases of CNC tooling and fixtures
  • Communicate ideas with hand sketching or cad drawing techniques
  • Willing to work overtime as needed, including evenings and weekends
  • Perform in an ISO 9001:2008 Environment

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 2-5 Years experience as a CNC Machinist
  • Ability to identify and implement proper milling applications, speeds and feeds.
  • High level of proficiency programming and machining 2D and 3D parts
  • High level of experience selecting and maintaining tooling and related fixtures
  • Ability to machine parts and maintain high quality surface finish with close tolerance
  • Ability to read blueprints, drawings and derive parts drawings from sketches
  • Must be a permanent US Citizen
  • Must fully comprehend and speak English

Individual must be ready and able to work in a team environment.  Our  team consists of talented machinists and we do not rely of machine operators.  You must be willing to see each and every job through to completion.

 

Mastercam Programmer

Position Overview: Create CNC programs for various machines and machinists in the machine shop, review customer drawings for manufacturability, work with engineers and customers to identify creative manufacturing approaches to complex parts.

Responsibilities:

  • Program CNC parts using Mastercam X9
  • Identify and recommend purchases of CNC tooling and fixtures
  • Communicate ideas with hand sketching or cad drawing techniques
  • Willing to work overtime as needed, including evenings and weekends

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 2+ years recent Mastercam programming experience
  • 2+ years recent Solidworks experience
  • High level of proficiency programming and machining 2D and 3D parts
  • High level of experience selecting and maintaining tooling and related fixtures
  • Ability to machine parts and maintain high quality surface finish with close tolerance
  • Ability to read blueprints, drawings and derive parts drawings from sketches
  • Must be a permanent US Citizen

Individual must be passionate about CNC machining and programming while an effective problem solver who is able to work in a fast paced environment. Must have the ability to change and organize priorities as workload dictates. Will know how to balance multiple priorities and work towards objectives without losing sight of details.  Summary of Benefits

We provide 9 Paid Holidays, up to 3 weeks paid vacation, matching 401K, as well as Health Insurance.  Work hours: Regular work hours are Monday thru Friday 7:00 am. to 3:30 pm.
